Concero™ Facet Screw System

The Concero Facet Screw System is intended to stabilize the spine as an aid to fusion through bilateral immobilization of the facet joints. The Concero facet screws may be used with or without bone graft at single or multiple levels, from C2 to S1 for 3.5 mm and 4.0 mm screws and from L1 to S1 for 4.5 mm screws. The low profile 4.5 mm diameter lag screw comes with both cannulated and non-cannulated options.

When used in conjunction with the Aspen™ Spinous Process Fixation System, the Concero facet screw plus the Aspen device offers a stable, minimally invasive hybrid construct. Bilateral Concero facet screw coupled with the Aspen implant provided overall stability that was equivalent to bilateral pedicle screw

Benefits

  • The toothed, variable angle washer provides improved bone purchase and load distribution
  • Simple, intuitive instrumentation
  • Low profile design allows for maximum flexibility in construct
  • Designed for both MIS or open techniques
Caution: Federal law (USA) restricts these devices for sale by or on the order of a physician. See the Instructions for Use for a more complete list of indications, contraindications, warnings, precautions, and other important information.
